*TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY: ELIGIBILITY TO REFER: This program is open to all members of the public residing in Canada./ There is no limit to the number of referrals; you can refer as many friends as you like./ All Robertson College staff are not eligible to receive referral fees./ ELIGIBILITY OF REFERRED INDIVIDUALS: Referred individuals must be new to Robertson College and not have been part of the Robertson database within the past 12 months./ Referred individuals who are already registered, in class, or graduated cannot be referred./ Referred individuals must hold Canadian permanent residency or citizenship status to enroll in eligible domestic Diploma and Certificate Programs (international students are excluded)./ Referred individuals must start their program on or before January 27, 2025, complete the first 30 days of their program, be in good financial standing, and have made their first tuition payment./ REFERRAL BONUS DETAILS: The referring individual will receive $250 for each approved referral enrolled in Diploma Programs in the School of Health, Business, Community Services, and Technology./ The incentive applies to all Diploma and Certificate Programs except the Health Care Aide Bridging Program and all Micro Courses./ PAYMENT OF REFERRAL BONUS: Referrers will be eligible to receive referral bonuses once the referred student has completed the first 30 days of their program, is in good financial standing, and has made their first tuition payment./ All referrals must be properly documented prior to enrollment. All referral fees are subject to the Campus Director’s discretion./ Once the referred individual has met all requirements, referral bonuses will be processed within 60 days after the referred student completes their first 30 days in the program. Bonuses will be issued as a cheque and are non-transferable./ CONDITIONS FOR REFERRERS AND REFEREES: Robertson College must have a record of the referral (paper or electronic) prior to the referred student’s registration./ The referrer must have the permission of the referred friend to provide their contact information./ Students' accounts must be in good financial standing and have made their first tuition payment to qualify for this offer./ The program begins at 12:01 a.m. CT on November 25, 2024, and closes at 11:59 p.m. CT on January 27, 2025. Any referral submitted after this time will not be considered./ GENERAL TERMS: Robertson College reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice./ Any disputes arising from this program will be resolved at the sole discretion of Robertson College./ By participating in this program, each individual agrees to: a) Be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Robertson College. b) Release and hold harmless Robertson College, its Board of Governors, officers, employees, partner agencies, and agents from and against any and all liabilities, losses, claims, demands, costs, and expenses (including legal fees and litigation expenses on a solicitor-and-own-client basis) arising from participation in this program, including but not limited to claims of copyright, trademark, proprietary title, or other intellectual property violations./ Robertson College reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the submission process, violating these Terms and Conditions, acting unfairly or disruptively, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other participant or Robertson staff./ By participating in this referral program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions./ This program is governed by the laws of the provinces of Manitoba and Alberta, and the laws of Canada./ PRIVACY AND CONSENT: All personal information collected will be used in accordance with Robertson College’s privacy policy./ The referred student consents to being contacted by Robertson College for educational opportunities./ By submitting a referral, individuals consent to receive future communications from Robertson College for recruitment, informational, and promotional purposes./ If you have any questions about the collection of personal information and its use by Robertson College, please contact 204-943-5661 or email compliance@robertsoncollege.ca./ CONTACT INFORMATION: For questions or further information about the referral program, please contact the admissions team at admissions@robertsoncollege.ca.
